Q. How can I become a Junior Blue?

Anyone aged 4-12 is eligible to become a Junior Blue, simply visit and scroll down to the Junior Blues info.


Q. What do I get as part of the Junior Blues Program?

As part of being a Junior Blue, you will receive:

  • Ability to redeem a family pass to a 2019/20 Sydney FC Hyundai A-League Home match of your choice (excluding games vs WSW).

  • Subscription to Junior Blue Bulletin which has exclusive kids football, player and club content.

  • Access to content on the Junior Blue Website.

  • Exclusive offers and discounts across the club.


Q. What’s the difference between Junior Blues and Junior Blue Buddies?

  • Junior Blues is an offer that gives one free family pass to a single home game during the season

  • Junior Blue Buddies is a membership upgrade to the Junior Blues program that offers:

    • Tickets to any three (3) Sydney FC home matches.

    • Junior Blue Buddies Membership Pack (includes card, lanyard, boot bag, drink bottle).

    • Attend a training session with the Hyundai A-League squad.


Q. How do I redeem my family pass?

Once you’ve signed up to the Junior Blue program and tickets are available, you will be sent a code that can be used on any of the applicable home matches by visiting Simply follow the prompts into the game of your choice and use the code in the password box.

Q. Which game can I use the Junior Blue pass on?

The unique code can be used on any 2018/19 Sydney FC Hyundai A-League Home match of your choice, excluding games against Western Sydney Wanderers.


Q. What if my Junior Blue code does not work?

You might have already used your unique code, or there may be an issue with Ticketek.


Q. What if I have multiple children?

You will be sent multiple unique codes, separated by a comma. It is important to note that the comma is separating the codes and will not work if you copy the entire line of digits.


Q. How long do I have to redeem my code?

For any Sydney FC home game during the season, you have up until kick-off to redeem the unique code, unless the game is already sold out.


Q. I have redeemed my code, but can no longer attend the match?

Once a unique code has been redeemed, the transaction is final and it cannot be transferred to any other game.

Q. I haven't received my code to redeem the family pass?

Unique codes get sent via email on a weekly basis, and be sure to check your junk mail.
